NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT THE 2024 FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE JACKSON HOLE FIRE/EMS DEPARTMENT

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103 that TETON COUNTY, WYOMING intends to consider adopting new fees for the 2024 Jackson Hole Fire/EMS Department. The new fees would potentially go into effect on February 1, 2024. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the proposed fees at the Jackson Hole Fire/EMS Department located at 40 East Pearl Avenue in Jackson, Wyoming, specifically, Fire Marshal Ray Lane. A hearing to take testimony on the proposed rules shall be held on January 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. during the regular meeting of the Teton County Board of County Commissioners, located at 200 S. Willow Street in Jackson.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Teton County Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of considering Fees for Teton County Fair & Fairgrounds pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103. The Public Hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Teton County Administration Building at 200 S. Willow Street in Jackson, Wyoming, on December 5, 2023, in a regular meeting that begins at 9:00 AM.

The Teton County Board of County Commissioners are authorized to implement fees for the use of a public facility owned and operated by Teton County.

FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NORTHERN SOUTH PARK NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103 and §18-5-202(b) and (c) that Teton County is considering adoption of amendments to the Teton County Land Development Regulations and amending the Teton County Zoning Map. These amendments are proposed by Teton County in order to implement the Northern South Park Neighborhood Plan. Amendments to the Teton County Official Zoning Map and Land Development Regulations are authorized pursuant to Wyoming Statute §18-5-201.
Pursuant to Wyoming Statute §18-5-202(b) the Teton County Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing at which a recommendation to the Teton County Board of County Commissioners will be made on the proposed Teton County Zoning Map amendment and amendments to the Land Development Regulations. The Teton County Planning Commission public hearing will take place November 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Teton County Administration Building at 200 S. Willow St. in Jackson, Wyoming.
Pursuant to Wyoming Statute §18-5-202(c) the Teton County Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing to consider the recommendation from the Teton County Planning Commission and adoption of the proposed Teton County Zoning Map and Land Development Regulation Amendments on January 2, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Teton County Administration Building at 200 S. Willow St. in Jackson, Wyoming.
