Pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103, prior to adoption, amendment or repeal of all rules other then interpretive rules or statements of general policy, the County shall give at least forty-five (45) days notice of its intended action and provide a way for interested persons to submit comment.

Notice of the Intent to Adopt Fees for the Teton County Trash Transfer Facility,Recycling Center, and Household Hazardous Waste Facilities
A public hearing will be held by the Teton County Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of considering Fees for Integrated Solid Waste and Recycling pursuant to Wyoming Statute §16-3-103. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Chambers at the Teton County Administrative Building (200 S. Willow Street in Jackson) at 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2024 during a regular meeting. Information regarding the fees and the proposed fees may be obtained from ISWR (3270 S. Adams Canyon Road), Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by calling 307-733-7678, by vising the Teton County Clerk's Office (200 S. Willow Street), or by clicking HERE. Written comments can be submitted to Becky Kiefer, ISWR Superintendent, at PO BOX 9088, Jackson WY 83001, or can be given in-person or via Zoom during the public hearing on June 18.
